Grohe has announced that its Work Smarter Tour for installers, which took place in May and July last year, was a great success.
The brassware specialist saw more than 800 industry visitors to its mobile showroom – the Cube, which visited over 21 locations around the UK, including trade shows Installer 2015 and PHEX.
Installers were encouraged to get hands on with the Grohe products, as well as participate in installation and product training.
Visitors were also introduced to the Grohe Smart bonus scheme, which saw 300 installers sign up throughout the tour. The initiative allows installers to accumulate points, called ‘smarts’ with every Grohe purchase, which can then be spent on rewards from categories such as work, multimedia, living, garden, leisure and accessories.
Michael Gray, Grohe UK training manager, said: “We are delighted with the results of the 2015 Work Smarter Tour. We understand that not all installers are able to take the time out to attend a training session, however through the tour, Grohe took the training to them. It was a great opportunity to meet a wide variety of our customers and we’d like to thank everyone who came along.”
Grohe’s Work Smarter Tour 2016 will start in May and will visit 11 locations across the UK, including Installer 2016 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
