PJH’s online platform ‘PJH Partner Portal’ has achieved a star rating of 4.4 out of five based on customer feedback.
Launched as part of the kitchen, bathroom and appliance suppliers’ rebranding, the online platform was designed to make product ordering easier and more efficient.
Since its launch, the company has seen online customer numbers and frequency increase “enormously”.
PJH says its Kitchen Order Pad has proved “a real hit with customers” and allows users access to a visual product interface that identifies products, prices and dimensions.
It has also reported success with its Smart Search function, which allows retailers to search quickly for products, as well as seamlessly move from the company’s brochures to online ordering. It also features real-time stock checking.
