BCT launches retailer reward scheme

British Ceramic Tile has announced it will launch a Retailer Club at kbb Birmingham, March 6-9.

The tile manufacturer says the new reward and loyalty scheme will be for selected premium retailers.

The club will offer support to retailers, in terms of in-store solutions, print and online marketing materials and incentive and service packages.

Caryn Clarke, marketing director at British Ceramic Tile said: “We have been lucky to have supported by some fantastic independent retailers over the last few years and we felt it was right that we looked for a way of repaying their support. Our new Retailer Club will offer our premium customers an assortment of ways in which we can support them, from discounts on room lot pricing to assistance with marketing including personalised brochures. There will also be a reward scheme, with points earned for every pound spent.

“We’re also inviting a select number of club members to partner with us for National Tiling Week. Launching in April this year, we’ll offer club members further discounts and offers throughout the month surrounding National Tile Week, with our own marketing team heavily promoting it across online channels.”
