Abode has promoted Danny Atkinson to customer service team leader.
Atkinson started at Abode eight years ago as a warehouse operative and, after five years in this role, moved to the customer service department.
He will be responsible for developing the department moving forward by identifying and making key improvements and implementing new means of handling Abode’s value-added service proposition.
With Atkinson’s experience of the products over the past eight years, he has developed extensive technical knowledge of Abode. His role will include managing the company’s expanding customer service department, which includes three new additions: Ros Ormston, James Dickson and Mike Beavon.
