Thomas Kredatus, who was Poggenpohl’s managing director, has died after a short illness. He was 44 years old.
“The death of Thomas Kredatus deeply shocked us,” said Gernot Mang, the German’s kitchen brand’s other managing director.
“He led our company in a difficult time with great circumspection, determination and passion. With him we lose a special leader and a highly esteemed colleague. Our thoughts are with his family during these difficult hours.”
Thomas Kredatus took up the MD role at Poggenpohl in February 2017. He had been key in driving the business after Munich-based industrial group Adcuram took over Poggenpohl from Nobia two years ago.
