Ideal Bathrooms has appointed Gary Matthews as its new sales director.
Matthews has 28 years’ experience in customer service and sales in the building materials and KBB industries, including at Kohler Mira and Grohe.
As UK sales director for Ideal Bathrooms, Matthews will focus on customer needs and will work with key suppliers in the firm’s portfolio.
He said: “Having been a supplier into the business in previous years, I have observed Ideal Bathrooms become the leader in its field and as I know the team well. I feel totally at home and privileged to become part of that environment.
“I have a background in developing channel and customer plans that are researched, understood and implemented, ensuring the business is aligned to customer needs and equipped to support the professional development of our customers’ businesses.”
