The winners of the 2016 kbbreview Retail & Design Awards 2016 were revealed last night at a huge ceremony attended by more than 900 people.
Host Dara O’Briain led the crowd through the 15 categories that covered the best of retail and design in the kitchen and bathroom industry.
Holloways of Ludlow were double winners in the kitchen design categories with Richard McGee taking the trophy for ‘Kitchen Designer of the Year: Project Cost £30,000 – £50,000’, while Martin Smith claimed the Kitchen Designer of the Year: Project Cost Over £50,000’ prize.
The Bathroom Retailer of the Year was TileStyle in Dublin and Kitchens International took the Kitchen Retailer of the Year award.
The Special Achievement Award was given to Paul Crossley of JT for his entrepreneurial approach to the bathroom industry.
The kbbreview Retail & Design Awards are their 22nd year and were held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole alongside the KBB Birmingham exhibition.
“It was a fantastic night, and was packed full of the cream of the industry celebrating everything that’s great about it,” said kbbreview editor Tim Wallace. “The scale of the event and the calibre of the winners show what an important part of this industry these awards are. We now start the planning for 2017!”
