Paul Booth has been appointed to the role of operations director for Cumbria-based manufacturer, Kudos Shower Products.
He joined the company in August last year as operations manager and has implemented many workflow improvements for the business. He has had many years’ experience in operational roles within both the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries.
He has seen all shower tray production move to the Northern Ireland facility and finished goods move to a new 40,000sq ft expanded warehouse two miles down the road from the production unit.
“My role is all about making continual improvements for the business,” said Booth. “Improvements in productivity, processes and environmental and health and safety. ”
