HiB has appointed its 100th employee – Engin Fehim.
Joining as a customer service adviser, Fehim’s addition to the team marks a huge milestone for HiB, whose workforce has grown in line with the business’s ongoing success since its inception in 1990.
In his role, Fehim will be responsible for upholding the high standards of customer service for which HiB is known. Previously a manager in the pub trade, Fehim’s background in customer relations will stand him in good stead for his new position, where he will be engaging with customers on a daily basis.
