Merlyn has teamed up with breast cancer charity, the Pink Ribbon Foundation, to raise awareness of breast cancer and help to save lives.
As the shower is one of the best times to check for changes in one’s body, Merlyn has initiated a “just a reminder…” campaign that involves displaying the famous pink ribbon symbol across its product line.
This will be accompanied by point-of-sale material and other marketing information for retailers.
The shower enclosure company is also supporting the Pink Ribbon Foundation financially by organising and taking part in a series of fund-raising events. It has committed to raising at least £20,000 for the Pink Ribbon Foundation within 12 months.
The partnership with the Pink Ribbon Foundation and Merlyn is set to run as part of a three-year campaign.
Merlyn’s chief executive Charlie Soden said: “We are privileged to support such a cause.”
