Axor has appointed Anke Sohn as the new head of global brand marketing.
In this position, she reports directly to Olivier Sogno, vice-president of marketing at the Hansgrohe Group.
Sohn said: “I look forward to this new challenge. Together with my team, I would like to position Axor as the first choice for interior designers worldwide, move forward with digitalising our brand, and continue the success story of Axor with innovative, design-savvy products.”
Sohn’s last position was leading the international marketing team for Vitra in Switzerland, where she was responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and various growth markets. Prior to her role at Vitra, she was head of marketing and PR at Hanro International, an Austrian premium brand for high-quality men’s and women’s underwear, as well as lingerie.
Anke Sohn began her career as a marketing manager for Dornbracht in Spain after her media studies at the Ruhr-Universität in Bochum, Germany, she gained a Master of Science in Marketing from the EAE Business School in Barcelona.
