LED lighting specialist TLW has promoted Claire Dymyd to the role of customer service and account manager.
Dymyd, who has previously worked as the company’s customer service executive, will now be taking on more accounts while continuing to provide the highest quality customer service to TLW’s loyal customer base.
Dymyd said: “I love my customer service role and I strive to answer customers’ queries on the first call. I’m now looking forward to taking this one step further. Having had regular conversations with most of our customers, I have already built relationships with them and am excited to be more hands-on with the management and care of each of my accounts.”
TLW managing director Jason Hughes said: “Claire has shown a fantastic eye for detail and has expressed that she takes great satisfaction in seeing the difference and enhancement that TLW products makes to a space. We are pleased that she can now take her skill set to the next level and bring her expertise and enthusiasm to her own accounts.”
