Sottini has added two new members to its retail team with the appointment of Gary Major (pictured left) and Matt Bell (right) as regional sales managers. Together the pair have a combined 50 years’ experience.
Bell joins the company as retail sales manager for the North of the UK. He brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge, contacts and expertise following more than two decades working with leading bathroom brands and retail businesses. Prior to joining Sottini, he has worked in sales positions for Villeroy and Boch, Grohe and Aqualisa. Before that, he spent his time as a bathroom designer at plumbing merchant Michael Pavis.
Bell said: “This is a highly exciting time to be joining Sottini. We have a brand new proposition for the UK market that meets all the needs and desires of independent retailers at its core, as well as returning a very competitive level of return. We have a product portfolio that is continually growing in size and strength and will of course be introducing new lines over the coming months.”
Major joins the business as retail sales manager for South. He worked at Heritage Bathrooms as commercial manager, helping establish the brand and also within retail, having owned and operated his own bathroom and kitchen showroom for the past 10 years. Prior to this, he worked with UK Bathroom Warehouse.
