Masterclass Kitchens has appointed a new technical author who will work with the technical and marketing departments to produce literature and product guides.
Jenny Roberts joins the company from Hoover Candy, bringing a wealth of experience in technical writing to her new role.
Roberts said: “With lots of experience in marketing and product-managing household electrical appliances, I am now looking forward to familiarising myself with the Masterclass product range and being able to offer technical advice where required.”
She will be responsible for creating and editing product guides and other technical product literature, ensuring accuracy and ease of use. This will involve collating the crucial information required by kitchen designers, including prices, descriptions, installation guidelines and other technical data.
