Northern Ireland-based BA Components has appointed Geraldine Thomson as its area sales manager for the North of England and Scotland as part of a push to increase its market share for 2019 and beyond.
Thomson will be responsible for growing existing business and building long-term relationships with new customers. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role with 24 years’ experience in the KBB industry and has held similar roles at PJH, Uform and Instyle Kitchens and Bathrooms.
She said of her new position: “I’m really proud to have joined a leading manufacturer such as BA. The range is extremely comprehensive and the quality is superb. The customer base in the North is already strong, but I’m dedicated to increasing our market share and raising awareness of the BA brand.” BA chief executive Nick Corlett commented: “It is important for us to recruit talented individuals and Geraldine will be an important addition to our sales team.
