Smeg UK has appointed Laura Jones as acting head of products and she will oversee all categories within the Smeg product portfolio while Lucy Dunstan is on maternity leave.
Jones was product manager for Miele for eight years and at Le Creuset for four years.
Laura will strengthen Smeg’s product team and will help bring new products to market, support its trade channels and customers in identifying key product ranges and help with new introductions and stock profiling.
Smeg UK commercial director Jill Ashford said: “It is a great pleasure to have Laura on board. She knows our industry very well and has a wealth of knowledge she can bring to the team. We look forward to working with her.”
