We talked to Steve Huntly, group sales director at the Coram Group UK, which includes Coram Showers and Impey Wetrooms, to find out why the brand is supporting the awards.

Q: What do you think makes the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards important to the KBB industry?

A: It’s important to celebrate the industry’s collective successes. The awards act as a great reminder as to why we’re all so passionate about the KBB sector, as well as offering a platform to showcase all the hard work that we, our colleagues, peers and friends put in throughout the year.

We’re very excited to be part of the awards again this year as a celebration of design and innovation. As the founding UK wet-room solutions innovator, with over 25 years in the wet-room sector, Impey is proud to support both retailers and fellow brands.

Q: What was behind Impey’s decision to become a sustainability partner at this year’s awards?

A: From Impey’s research and development and product design teams, both in the UK and as part of our European sister companies, a focus on design is a pivotal part of our brand ethos.

This synergy gives an excellent reason for us to sponsor the ‘Bathroom Designer of the Year’ award and reinforce the importance of excellence in design as something very close to our hearts.

Q: In what ways does Impey support or work with bathroom retailers?

A: We believe it’s incredibly important that Impey retailers feel supported by us as a brand. We truly value the product advocacy that many of our retailers offer and the excellent relationships that we have with our retail network.

A: kbbreview is a well-respected magazine and the team behind the title are all very much an integral part of the marketplace. As well as providing the sector with news and views, the platform is essential to showcase a true reflection of our sector and inspire us all through words and imagery.
