Simon Acres Group has expanded its team to include two new business consultants.
Hayley Fagan joins as a business consultant and Trevor Scott as a business development consultant.
Fagan is said to be highly skilled in strategic business transformation and has been active in the KBB and merchant sector for over 25 years.
During her career, she has worked in a variety of roles in the industry, from operating her own independent outlets and becoming an award-winning kitchen furniture designer, to spending time working in distribution, manufacturing, national sales and showroom management, running a national installations team, and as a national operations director.
Scott is the chief executive the Rugby Fitted Kitchens [RFK] group. After nearly 27 years at the helm, he has stepped back from the day-to-day operational management of the business and joins the Simon Acres Group as a KBB consultant.
Scott, who also used to write a regular column for kbbreview, has 40 years’ experience in the industry. He will work with proprietors and directors on recommendations for changes and improvements for working methodology, profitability, marketing, showroom design and sales strategy.
