Graham Smy has been appointed head of after-sales care and technical support at V-Zug.
Smy will be responsible for liaising with trade and contract partners to ensure that they have the correct information for the installation and connection of appliances.
Smy has over 40 years’ experience in the domestic appliance service industry and has worked with several well-known brands in the sector. His prior experience also involves V-Zug, where he worked for the official representatives of V-Zug for the UK.
