Kitchen and bathroom design software company 2020 is offering a range of services and tools to help its retail customers through the coronavirus lockdown period.
The company is offering discounted online training to help retail partners continue to develop their skills on its 2020 Fusion program.
Recognising that most of its retail partners are currently working from home, other services and solutions 2020 is providing at this time include: helping existing customers gain access to their license or any additional licenses they may need, as well as trial subscriptions.
On its website, 2020 has also included several resources such as a blog posts on coronavirus and how to work remotely. The posts are designed to help retailers prepare and deal with the current situation and provide an overview of the tools available. There is also a webinar on working from home.
2020 is also running live “Tips and Tricks” sessions on its Facebook page every Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm. Retailers can connect in live time with the 2020 team as well as others taking part in the session.
