All Gaggenau appliances will now come with a five-year warranty. The luxury appliance brand, which is part of parent company BSH, says this underlines its confidence in the quality of its products.
Appliances must be purchased through a Gaggenau partner in the UK or Republic of Ireland and be installed in those countries for the warranty to apply. Kitchen showrooms and retailers can use the extended warranty offer as an additional selling point.
Simon Richmond, director Gaggenau UK, said: “We are pleased to make this commitment to our authorised partners and consumers by offering a complete package of aftercare. It is our proud assurance that ‘the difference is Gaggenau’ and the five-year warranty is another example of this.”
The warranty comes with a full aftercare package and is intended to act as an additional incentive for consumers to invest in Gaggenau appliances.
