Ammar Doggar has joined the LDL team as customer experience manager.
He comes to the role with more than 17 years’ experience in customer service in a variety of fields from banking to world-leading online travel and hospitality services.
Doggar said: “I want to create a world-class experience for our customers, because it’s the customer experience that really separates us from our competitors. I am so intrigued about the industry and will be looking at how we can do things differently. Being different will make us stand out and really set us apart from the rest.
“We want to get things right the first time and every time, and to do this we need to really listen to our customers when we get things wrong and understand what they need. I also have plans to implement new tech to further enhance the customer experience. Watch this space!”
