Bathroom Brands remains open during second lockdown

Bathroom Brands Group has reassured its independent retailers that it will be open for business during lockdown. Deliveries will still be processed to fulfil product demand.

The Bathroom Brands team at the UK headquarters and distribution centres will be on hand to provide guidance and support to its retailers.

Stephen Ewer (pictured), chief executive of Bathroom Brands Group, said: “While continuing to follow advice from the UK Government, I can assure you that we intend to remain fully operational and ready to support our independent retailers wherever possible. Our fully-resourced team is ready to assist with all aspects of product availability, delivery and technical enquiries during this important trading period for the bathroom sector.”

The company, whose brands include Crosswater, Burlington, Clearwater, and Britton, will closely monitor the Covid-19 safety guidance and recommendations from the UK Government to ensure staff are safe to work during this time.

Since March and the first lockdown, the bathroom company has introduced virtual product training and one-to-one appointments. These sessions meant that retailers could keep their product knowledge up-to-date and receive proper training.

Bathroom Brands Group has also provided digital assets to its retailers to help them strengthen their online presence.
