Caple’s new SO111, SO111GM and SO111SS combi steam ovens allow users to use the grill function with additional steam to help lock in moisture and flavour.
The ovens are finished in stainless steel, black glass or gunmetal, have a 40 litre capacity and an A+ energy rating. Functions include turbo grill, defrost, fan heat with steam and boost (rapid reheat).
There is also a descaling program.
