Howdens goes live with new 2020 online kitchen visualiser

Howden Joinery Group, supplier of fitted kitchens to the trade, has released a new online kitchen visualiser, powered by 2020 Ideal Spaces.

The Kitchen Visualiser has built-in layouts that is meant to help inspire customers. It also has customisable features such as worktops, cabinet colours and styles, and floor and wall colours so customers can plan out their kitchens.

Howdens’ aim for the Kitchen Visualiser was to provide an intuitive and simple customer journey by allowing users to select and visualise key kitchen features as a starting point for engagement with its professional designers. Already a long-time partner of 2020 and using 2020 Fusion in its depots, Howdens decided to expand the partnership and chose the online engagement solution, 2020 Ideal Spaces, as the engine behind its online kitchen visualisation tool.

“We’re delighted that one of the UK’s most respected brands, Howdens, has chosen to further invest with 2020 through 2020 Ideal Spaces,” says Tim Lambert, 2020’s EMEA director. “We look forward to this latest chapter of our exciting partnership.

“Our mission and purpose is to enable retail, e-tail and manufacturer customers to continue to adapt, innovate and thrive in the modern hybrid world of the connected consumer — be that online, in-store or connecting the omnichannel journey. With over 50 deployments of 2020 Ideal Spaces worldwide, we’re excited to enable industries with best-in-class technology, data insights and results.”
