Uform launches online ordering platform

The new system, Uform Online, allows retailers and trade customers to order their products 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Uform says there is a range of products now available to order, ex-stock, paint-to-order, and made-to-order doors and accessories, to lighting, handles, integrated bins, and internal storage.

The new website is said to provide customers with an end-to-end order experience with the ability to pay for orders online at the checkout stage. An option to create multiple baskets and save orders as drafts is provided to simplify the ordering  process. There is also a function for customers who wish to bulk upload items to their basket using a CSV file upload tool.

Other features of Uform Online include the ability for customers to view and manage their delivery addresses, download price lists and view their full order history. There is also an option for multiple user access and customer support is provided through a live web chat function.

Uform manufactures and distributes doors and accessories to kitchen retailers and manufacturers throughout the UK and Ireland.
