kbb Birmingham 2022: ‘Ready for whatever the future brings’, says Acquabella

Roberto Heredia, UK and Ireland area manager, Acquabella

Q: Compared with 2021, how is business?

A: The business did really well in 2021. Acquabella faced several difficult challenges, such as Brexit (paperwork mainly), the pandemic, plus a global shortage of raw materials at the beginning of the year. All in all, we sorted all these issues, adapting very quickly to the new scenario and adjusting effectively. I am especially satisfied to be experiencing growth at such a challenging time.

Q: What are the main opportunities you are able to take advantage of at this time?

A: For Acquabella, the main focus will be on developing the brand in the UK and Ireland and hopefully achieving a position where we can ensure customers feel they can bet on us.

We will continue to innovate, creating timeless designs that stand the test of time, and aiming to become number one in our sector. Having overcome the challenges in 2021, we are now stronger and ready for whatever the future brings.

Q: What are you looking forward to at kbb Birmingham 2022?

A: At Acquabella, our usual route to market is via the independent bath-room retailer community. For this reason, kbb Birmingham is the perfect meeting point for us. It will be a unique opportunity to increase our brand exposure by presenting an innovative stand concept and brand-new bathroom collections.
