We are looking for someone with industry experience to come and join our well established yet newly refurbished Design Studios here at Romerils in Jersey.
The purpose of the role is to support the Design Studios Manager in all aspects of management to oversee and manage the studio business. The Sales Support Manager will demonstrate initiative in all areas, including product range, management of the team’s motivation, input and performance whilst supporting the team in maximising every sales opportunity at the highest level of profitability.
The Design Studio Sales and Support Manager will also contribute to ensuring the best possible care for customers in all aspects, including enquiries, sales, deliveries, complaints and after-sales service. In addition, the role holder would be expected to keep up to date with the latest product ranges and contribute in the marketing of the department.
