Dates for the next KBB one day ‘Sales and Customer care courses’ have been released.
Organised by Graham Hayden (pictured), the courses will be hosted by Blum UK at its training centre in Milton Keynes.
Hayden has worked for the KBSA for 10 years and has extensive knowledge of the KBB industry.
The courses have also received approval from the National Training Group (NTG).
Course dates are:
- Level 1 course – September 20
- Level 2 course – October 26
Both courses run from 10:30am to 4pm.
Over 2200 KBB delegates have attended these courses over the past 10 years. Hayden said they have “proven to increase profitable sales and help delegates feel more confident in their skills and techniques”.
