Plumbing industry specialist Neoperl UK has invested in a further four new high-speed moulding machines to further increase production capacity.
The machines will be installed at its UK factory in Malvern and join a total of 19 Arburg injection moulding machines already in use.
The new machines are part of Neoperl’s ongoing drive to improve the speed, quality and efficiency of its manufacture of Neoperl flow regulators.
Specialising in the production of flow regulators, the Malvern factory produces millions in a typical year in a variety of sizes, which are distributed to customers all around the world.
The flow regulators are used to control the flow of water independently from external variances in water pressure. They are used in taps, showers and domestic boilers, helping to save water and make the appliances more efficient and longer-lasting.
Neoperl is a UK manufacturer and is part of the German-Swiss Neoperl Group, which designs and manufactures products such as aerators and flow regulators for the plumbing industry.
