Simon Hume has been appointed as operations director. Angela Thomas joins as HR Manager. Rachel Lee and Scott Craik are area sales manager with Scott Howard as the new regional sales manager. Robert Walton joined as A&D specification manager. The Manchester Studio has a new manager with James Harkins.
Hume has 10 years of experience in the parcel industry as a general manager. He has a lot of varied experience working in several companies, including Europackaging, Garden Furniture production, distribution, and Biffa Waste Services.
New HR manager Thomson has over 15 years’ experience in HR with roles at Radisson and Edwardian and Inter-Continental Hotels and most recently group HR manager for J van Vliet, Fresh Flower Wholesaler.
New regional sales manager Howard has lead teams within a variety of sectors including manufacturing, retail to large corporations. This is his first role specifically in interior design sector and he already has a keen interest in this area.
The two new additions to the area sales manager position both have experience in the sales sectors. Carik has worked for five years in the FMCG sector for field sales solutions on the proctor and gamble account. Meanwhile, Lee has had a 10-year career working in sales in both the automotive and aerospace industries. She has also worked in buying and marketing for electricals.
With more than 12 years’ experience within construction sales and specification roles, Walton has joined as A&D specification manager. His previous job roles include: specification manager with a high end German manufacturer of aluminium glazing systems and branch manager and project sales manager for TP managed services at national merchant Travis Perkins.
The Manchester showroom has a new studio manager with Harkins. He is a business graduate from Liverpool John Moore University with a growing passion for interior design. James.
