The latest Kutchenhaus showroom is being opened in Lutterworth by husband-and-wife team Luke and Kate Wedgbury, who already run Coalville Kitchens.
The 850sq ft showroom in Church Street, Lutterworth, is surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants. It will feature a number of full kitchen displays with working appliances and will have Luke and Kate at the helm, assisted by two newly-recruited designers.
Luke Wedgbury has been running Coalville Kitchens for 12 years and has a total of 24 years in the industry, having worked across installation, sales and design and is a member of the kbbreview100 think tank.
Speaking to kbbreview about the move, Luke said: “Having been in the industry for 25 years and owning our current business Coalville Kitchens for the past 12 years, it makes perfect sense to make our next store a Kutchenhaus franchise.
“With the backing of such a huge kitchen manufacturer – Nobilia – and the full support of the Kutchenhaus UK team, we feel that along with our experience and knowledge the Lutterworth store will be a success.”
In the official announcement, he added: “Having that quality behind you is brilliant and we believe this, coupled with our family ethos, means we can offer customers a hands-on service where we work collaboratively with them to deliver their dream kitchen.”
He told kbbreview: “We can’t wait to open the doors and we are very much looking forward to the year ahead!”
He also said that he intended to open another showroom close by in the future.
Kutchenhaus head of marketing Paul Lee commented: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Luke and Kate on board and look forward to seeing the finished showroom in Lutterworth.
“Being a husband-and-wife team, the pair can bring a real sense of family to their business and we know that customers will be pleased to call upon their years of experience when planning their new kitchen.
“Our aim is to grow the Kutchenhaus business across the country and working with knowledgeable partners such as Luke and Kate is a big part of that.”
