Quartz and porcelain surface specialist Caesarstone has expanded its operations with the launch of its first warehouse and distribution centre in Ireland.
In a statement the brand said the new 35,000sq ft site, located just outside Dublin, will support its continued growth, and help it serve its growing network of Irish retail partners.
The site will enable Caesarstone to store around 7,000 slabs, which the brand says will significantly increase its stockholding in Ireland.
“This is another exciting move for our business and a key element in the next stage of our growth,” explains Amir Reske, MD of Caesarstone UK and EMEA. “We already enjoy strong relationships with many of the biggest players in the Irish kitchen and bathroom market. Our new distribution centre will allow us to better support them with improved stock holding and delivery times, as well as bringing us new business as we increase our presence in this important market.”
To support the expansion James Dignam has been appointed as manager of the new distribution centre.
Caesarstone opened its first UK HQ, distribution centre and showroom in London in 2017, and its second distribution centre and showroom in Manchester’s Trafford Park in 2018.
