Beko appoints new UK head of customer care

Beko has announced that Sharif-Paul Anton will be joining its specialist appliance division as the new head of customer care for the UK.

Anton has worked with a number of international brands over the past 20 years and will be using his understanding of customer care to oversee internal groups and external partnerships.

The main objective in his new role in the company will be launching a new customer care system that aims to utilise a first-time resolution approach in consumer support.

Anton also plans to build upon Beko’s existing continuous improvement programme by focusing on the delivery of their frontline solution centre.
