kbb Birmingham – the UK’s leading kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom show – has announced that it will again be hosting its Innovation Awards at next year’s exhibition.
The 2024 awards will be the sixth Innovation Awards to be held at the kbb Birmingham show. As in previous years, Blum will be the official sponsorship partner.
Intended to celebrate sustainability and innovation within the KBB industry, the categories will be rewarding new products, components, and manufacturing techniques that have been launched since June 2022.
Awards will be given across a variety of categories, with categories for the 2024 event including Best Sustainable Design and Judges Winner. There will also be a People’s Choice Winner award, that will be chosen by attendees at the event.
Entries for the 2024 awards are open now. Submissions will be judged by a panel of industry experts. Comprising a cross-section of key KBB figures, the judging panel will decide which manufacturers and suppliers are making the greatest strides for progress across the sector.
Following this judging process, the 10 successful shortlisted entries will be displayed on the kbb Birmingham show floor for the duration of the show, with winners then announced.
kbb Birmingham’s event director Sam Fisher said: “We’re delighted to welcome entries for what is set to be an even bigger and more exciting Innovation Awards. These awards give brands the opportunity to share the latest innovations with the KBB community and for the industry to recognise excellence in the market. We are looking forward to seeing this year’s entries and see what new innovations the industry has to offer two years on.”

kbb Birmingham will take place at the NEC Birmingham, between March 3-6. Organisers are expecting more than 15,000 visitors across the four-day event and over 300 exhibitors from across 26 product categories.
