Omega expands board with new manufacturing director

British kitchen manufacturer Omega has made changes to its leadership board, promoting Neil Cooke to be its new manufacturing director.

With a wealth of experience in kitchen manufacturing, production, and operations gained as a business unit manager at Howdens, Cooke was appointed to be Omega’s head of manufacturing in June 2020, as the company looked to support its growth plans.

Omega says that in the time since, Cooke has worked closely with the brand’s operations director, Alastair England to successfully improve on the brand’s capability, capacity and efficiency of production.

Simon Barber, CEO, commented: “Neil has delivered significant improvements within manufacturing since he joined Omega and I am delighted to welcome him to the board as Manufacturing Director. I look forward to working closely with him to continue that great work.”
