Westin to launch new Stratus 360 ceiling hood

Set to officially launch at this year’s kbb Birmingham show, Westin has developed its new Stratus 360 ceiling hood.

The new appliance uses a four-point filtration system to clean the air within a kitchen. One filtration level is a grease filter which traps grease, smoke and other airborne particles.

Stratus 360 also uses an activated carbon filter to absorb pollutants, a HEPA filter to capture allergens and dust, and a UV filter  to destroy odours and bacteria.
