Looking for your next job in the KBB sector? You could be in luck – one online bathroom supplier is advertising for an exciting new role for a freelance bath tester.
Bathroom Deal has advertised the position as a “bathroom quality assurance tester”. Although this is a remote role, the successful applicant will have to agree to having one bath or shower a month installed at their property, then issue a full report of their experience to the manufacturer.
According to the job listing, the supplier encourages its freelance testers to “watch Netflix, enjoy a bath bomb, listen to the radio, and simply try to relax”, to rigorously test their products.
The successful candidate will have to commit up to four hours a week to the task of reviewing baths. Bathroom Deal is offering a freelance rate of £25p/h, which equates to earnings of up to £400 a month.
Warren Kinloch, bathroom expert at Bathroom Deal, said that the role has been in development at the company for some time.
He explained: “As a business, we’re committed to providing our customers with high-quality bathroom and heating products at affordable price points, so adding a dedicated bathroom quality assurance tester to the mix will allow us to be even more confident in the comfort levels of the baths we make available to our customers.”
