Surface brand Caesarstone has announced the appointment of Aisling Murrihy as its first-ever head of customer service for the UK and ROI markets.
Murrihy has over 20 years of experience, gained worked for brands in various sectors, including the likes of Hermès, Agent Provocateur and Selfridges. She joins Caesarstone from leading customer service teams in the skincare market, at L’Oreal, Medik8, and Charlotte Tilbury.
Edward Smith, UK managing director of Caesarstone, said the appointment was “a critical step” on the company’s journey to enhance customer satisfaction and service excellence.
He continued: “Aisling’s extensive background and proven track record in leading customer service teams at luxury brands will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate in the UK and ROI market.”
