Cooker hood specialist Westin has announced the internal appointment of Abbi Keenan as a trainee customer account manager.
The move comes as a logical progression for Keenan, who has been working at the company’s Huddersfield head office for the past five years in the customer services team. Keenan is hoping to expand on the experience, knowledge and telephone relationships she has built up during her Westin career in her new, customer-facing role for the business.
“Abbi has been a real asset to the customer services department but now I am excited about taking her on as a trainee customer account manager in my team,” said Westin’s sales and marketing manager Ann Onions. “She has strong people skills and combines that with a solid product knowledge.”
