Sarsen Stone Group has announced it is merging its Ca’ Pietra and Artisans of Devizes brands into a new collective company known simply as Ca’ Pietra Group.

According to the company, the merger will allow it to join Artisans of Devizes’ (AoD) bespoke stone and tile craftsmanship with Ca’ Pietra’s design and colour expertise, which it believes will streamline operations. As both separate brands have operated as sister companies until now, Sarsen Stone Group says their union is a natural progression for both groups.

AoD has been a key player in the stone and tile sector for more than 35 years, and is well known for its exquisite craftsmanship. Similarly, Ca’ Pietra is regarded as a leading tile brand in the KBB sector, offering collections that cater to both homeowners and design professionals.

Business owners say this new structure will offer a consolidated product range, which also includes the Ca’ Pietra Studio Collection of premium tiles and bespoke stone, the premium focused Ca’ Pietra Atelier Collection, the DIY-driven Ca’ Pietra Portare Collection, and Slabs for Bespoke, which caters to large-scale, custom projects.

In addition, a new premium service channel, called Ca’ Pietra Artisans, will offer services of a more bespoke nature, like consultancy, design, and custom fabrication, which AoD already offers.

Following the merger, Sarsen Stone Group says that Ca’ Pietra is well placed to expand its global reach and reinforce its position as a luxury brand.

Last year, Ca Pietra’s parent company, Sarsen Stone Group, appointed Steve McGuire as its new group managing director.
