Lakes Showering Spaces has created a new head of customer experience position, and appointed Tracey Boulton to fill the role.
Boulton has been with the company for almost 15 years, and brings a wealth of experience to the position, including an understanding of customers’ needs, and a passion for continuous improvement.
She has been appointed to the new position after working as Lakes’ head of customer service, during which time the company has consistently maintained a healthy Net Promoter Score of 80%.
Going forwards, Boulton will oversee the development of customer experience strategies, ensuring their feedback is captured, analysied and acted upon to enhance Lakes’ service levels.
“I’m excited to take on this new role and continue working closely with our customers to ensure we deliver the best possible experience,” commented Tracey Boulton. “Customer feedback is invaluable in driving positive change, and I’m looking forward to exploring new ways to gather and act on this insight as we move forward.”
Mike Gahir, managing director of Lakes Showering Spaces, also added: “Tracey’s appointment is a reflection of her outstanding dedication and the critical role she has played in shaping our customer experience. This new position will allow her to build on that success, helping us futureproof our service and maintain the high standards our customers expect.”
