Bathroom supplier hib. has announced two more senior promotions, which it says reinforces its commitment to growth, innovation and strategic leadership.

After joining the business 15 months ago, marketing manager Deb Freeman has been appointed to the role of head of brand and marketing for the business. She led the company’s recent rebrand, and is said to have played a key role in shaping the business’ strategic marketing direction.

Going forward, her role will involve overseeing brand development, as well as customer engagement and marketing strategy.

Discussing her new responsibilities, Freeman said: “I’m thrilled to take on this role at such a pivotal moment for hib. It’s been amazing to be part of the journey so far, and I’m excited to help shape what comes next.”

Also stepping into a new role is category manager Rob Pattern, who is now stepping into the role of head of product development. hib. says he brings renewed energy and focus to this vital area of the business, and will be working closely with product director Ash Chilver to deliver design-led bathroom solutions to the market.

“This is a really exciting opportunity,” said Pattern. “We have a strong foundation in innovation and design, and I’m looking forward to building on that by working closely with the team to bring fresh ideas and high-quality, innovative products to our customers.”

These appointments follow closely after hib.’s appointment of ex-Grohe director Chris Dodds earlier this month, who will now work as the company’s executive commercial director.
