Worktops and components manufacturer and supplier North East Sheets and Panels (NESP) has reported strong end-of-year results.
Over the past two years it has seen sales of Mistral worktops double, and sold in excess of £1 million in 2016 alone.
Marketing director Emily Miller said: “Things were certainly already looking up by the end of 2015 and then KBB 2016 gave everything a really good push forward.”
The uplift has also given the company a 13% overall increase in turnover. One of the key areas of growth for sales of Mistral has been North of the border.
In partnership with Karonia’s product support team, NESP hosted Mistral demonstrations across Scotland showing installation processes as well as explaining the product’s key features and benefits.
NESP’s sales director George Richardson commented: “The demonstrations are lively, interactive events with those attending getting a great deal out of them. At times, it becomes one big discussion group which makes the sessions even more rewarding for everyone.”
NESP supplies brands such as Blum, Mistral, Finsa, Egger, Reginox and Vetreo.
