Bedroom furniture manufacturer Kindred Living, a part of Danesmoor Group, which includes PWS Distributors, has opened a Northern Design Centre at its County Durham headquarters.
The 3,400sq ft showroom in Newton Aycliffe displays the entire Kindred portfolio in 18 sets that adapt to the constraints of realistic room sizes in the ‘typical’ British home.
The centre also includes a 40-seat conference room and several informal areas that have been designed for customers to use as meeting venues when bringing clients to view and specify products.
Visits to the Northern Design Centre and the Southern Design Centre, in Slough, are by appointment only.

It is so much more than a showroom, with product interaction at its core, including a hands-on sample and accessories hub, as well as each room set featuring touch-screen technology to show more of the design schemes available with each range.
“The Northern Centre has the same ethos as our southern showroom, offering maximum design flexibility where we actively encourage our customers to bring their clients to the perfect environment for inspiration and design planning.”
