Surface brand Caesarstone UK has announced several new appointments and promotions, with Holly Barns becoming head of sales, Sharon Nijjar appointed as sales excellence lead, and changes to its regional sales management structure.
Barns’ promotion to head of sales for the GB market follows her six-year-long tenure at the company, where she started as an area sales manager before becoming a regional sales manager.
Caesarstone says she has extensive experience in developing client relationships, as well as driving sales growth, and leading high-performing teams.
Discussing her new role, Barns said: “I’ve always been given the time and trust to succeed at Caesarstone. I’m proud to have the opportunity to lead a strong and professional sales team across the UK mainland.

Meanwhile, Sharon Nijjar’s new role of sales excellence lead will see her support the company’s leadership team. She is said to bring significant experience in programme management, process improvement and the UK building industry. Going forwards, she will focus on enhancing Caesarstone UK’s sales processes, supporting the team with strategic initiatives and focusing on delivering outstanding service to customers.
Also offering updates to its regional leadership structure, Caesarstone says that London regional manager Delara Etemadi’s responsibility will now be expanded to cover the South Coast and surrounding home counties.
Meanwhile, Colleen Burns remains as regional sales manager for Ireland, including Northern Ireland. Caesarstone says that both Etemadi and Burns have been instrumental in strengthening Caesarstone’s relationships with studios and fabricators and driving product adoption across their territories.
