Fittings manufacturer Blum has welcomed Toby Russell as its new UK head of sales.
In the new role, Russell will now work to lead Blum’s sales function to deliver commercial objectives, while also working with the company’s wider leadership team to shape the future direction of the business.
Russell has worked for Blum UK since 2022, and has more than 15 years’ experience in the KBB sector. His previous roles span retail, manufacturing and design, and Blum says he also has a proven track record in developing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Russell’s new role means he will also join Blum’s leadership team, which is made up of UK MD Matthew Glanfield, head of business development Ben Muirhead, head of HR and development Ina Kacenaite, and had of sales operations and international exchange Matthew Walmsley.
Alongside Russell’s appointment, Blum UK has also announced that Ben Muirhead will continue to lead its business development function, focusing specifically on strategic growth opportunities and partnerships across the UK market. Together, Russell and Muirhead will ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and market development.
