Bristan named in Sunday Times top 100 employers

Bristan and Heritage Bathrooms parent company Bristan Group has been named as one of the Top 100 best companies to work for in the UK.

Coming in at 70th, it was recognised in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list, which was compiled by independent workplace specialist Best Companies after a national survey of more than 240,000 employees from 925 companies.

The group attributed its success to its commitment to an ongoing ‘Great Place to Work’ strategy and its focus on employee engagement across the whole of the business.

Chief executive Jeremy Ling said: “We began doing the Best Companies survey back in 2010, with the aim of benchmarking the success of our Great Place to Work strategy. I am incredibly proud that, through continually asking our employees for feedback on our performance, and by putting in structured action plans to make improvements, we have risen up the rankings from a One to Watch to a Top 100 Best Company to Work For in 2017.

“Not only is it fantastic to have our commitment recognised on a national scale, but it is even more rewarding to know that our employees rate us so highly. We will be celebrating our achievement across the business with an extra day off for all employees.”
