The kbbreview Retail & Design Awards is the longest running and most prestigious awards in the industry and the spectacular event itself is always the biggest party of the year.
The 2026 event was held just a few weeks ago in Birmingham but, as is now traditional, we go on the road and take the event to a new venue somewhere in the UK…
In 2025, we took over the iconic Tower Ballroom in Blackpool but we’ve also ticked off Liverpool, Cardiff and Manchester on our travels.
But, the big question is where will we appear next year…?
We can now exclusively reveal that the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards 2027 will be held in the great city of.. Sheffield!
That’s right, we’re setting up in the original Steel City, the foundry that shaped the industrial revolution in Britain on Thursday, April 22, 2027.
And there’s no better venue to pay tribute to that heritage than the mighty Magna.
Housed within the former huge Templeborough steelworks, Magna stands as a powerful tribute to the city’s steelmaking heritage. Now a museum and educational science centre, it preserves the scale and spirit of heavy industry and guests at the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards 2027 will party among its towering structures, raw materials and preserved machinery.
Magna tells the story of Sheffield’s rise as a global steel powerhouse and we’re now stepping inside the past to experience the sights, sounds and significance of an industry that shaped the UK’s identity and legacy.
