Hardware brand Hendel & Hendel has expanded its team with a series of new appointments this year, spanning marketing, export, client advisory and customer service.

Alec Elliot joined the business in February as the company’s export business development associate, with a remit to expand Hendel & Hendel’s precence in the US market. According to the company, his focus will be on building relationships with new dealers and strengthening existing partnerships within the design community.

Following that, Natasha Holyhead joined the company last month as its brand community and PR strategist, in a role that will see her leading influencer partnerships, press engagement and events going forwards.

And earlier this month, Hendel & Hendel also welcomed Isobel Jones as a client advisor, and Lily Prior as a customer service administrator. The company says Jones will now handle selection and curation, providing tailored support across a wide range of projects. Meanwhile, Prior’s new role will be to support the day-to-day interactions to help ensure the brand has a reputation for reliability and ease.

Discussing the new appointments, managing director Terence Haughton said:  “We have always placed real importance on how people first encounter Hendel & Hendel, whether that begins with a conversation, early guidance, or the clarity we bring at the outset of a project, and these appointments strengthen that thinking across the business. What matters is that as we grow, we are able to offer even greater depth of expertise from the very beginning, ensuring every interaction feels informed, confident, and genuinely helpful.”

“As we continue to expand, particularly in markets such as the United States, there is a natural need to build stronger relationships on the ground, while also ensuring that the character of the brand remains consistent. At the same time, we are seeing an increasing demand for guidance, whether from designers, trade partners or private clients, and that requires a team who can respond with confidence and knowledge.

“These roles are not about scale for its own sake, but about reinforcing the way we work. Each appointment supports a different part of the journey, from first introduction through to final specification, and together they allow us to operate with greater focus, while remaining close to the detail that defines us.”
